Trump's Pearl Harbor style attack on Iran was unconstitutional (illegal), stupid, insane, and not in the interests of the United States of America. For the second time in a couple months Trump launched a sneak attack on Iran while engaged in negotiations. The attack included the deliberate assassination of the Ayatollah. For 300 million Muslims, the equivalent of the Pope for Catholics, or the head of the Eastern Orthodox Church.

Will Russia and China, along with Iran, be destroyed by the inability of their leaders to recognize reality ?

God, through His law, initially set up a high-freedom state of semi-anarchy, in which the only human government was a series of judges to settle disagreements (and, when needed, to lead the people in mutual self-defense).

What I have found to be true is that reality far outweighs stupidity, (never outnumbers) but then, when does logic or reasoning have anything to do with politics, politicians, and political pundits ? The most heinous and prolific nation of war and slaughter, the 'United' States, is once again, or should I say still after all these years, continuing to wage war at every level possible, for as long as is possible, in order to cause as much misery as possible to this world it claims to lord over.

Young people keep asking me if this was what the Iraq invasion was like. I've been telling them "Sort of, but this is way dumber and crazier."

There were fairly intelligent people who bought into the Iraq war propaganda. Many anti-war folk assumed Saddam probably did have weapons of mass destruction - they just didn't buy into the narrative that war was the answer.

L'Europe pourrait faire face à une nouvelle crise énergétique sur fond d'escalade au Moyen-Orient et de forte hausse des prix du gaz.
